Pet ER 24/7 is a small animal emergency medicine & emergency surgery hospital, branded with a high level of preparedness to receive and address a diverse caseload of dogs and cats medical and surgical emergencies. Pet ER 24/7 showcases a robust and integrated ICU life support central infrastructure, supplying both triage and cage side O2, medical air, nebulization, suction, exhaust and compressed air to every cage and corner of the hospital. Pet ER 24/7 also supports vigilant and continued digital patient monitoring of physiological targets and heart rhythm by way of dedicated digital wall monitors, we also employ staged and tactical imaging (aFast/tFast, digital radiology, endoscopy and beam technology CT. Our patient centered critical care monitoring employs direct/indirect blood pressure, capnography, hematology/blood gas/electrolytes and coags, and real time patient video surveillance.
Pet ER seeks aspiring small animal emergency Clinicians to deliver emergency, intensive and complementary care within a lean and hardwired organizational workflow. We operate within the pet health crisis and we meet both the challenge and pet owner's alike with an attentive, staged and checkpoints approach. Pet ER 24/7 welcomes application from internship trained emergency Veterinarians committed to our stated culture, and who will support our emergency room and the ICU, complement our support crew so we may continue to foster and sustain our hospital's culture. The Owner & CEO of Pet ER 24/7 is a seasoned surgeon with 26 years of experience available 24/7 to address surgical trauma care and the polytrauma, acute bi-cavitary surgical mechanisms, and minimally invasive/ interventional. Candidates with strong interest in surgery should benefit from a structured hands on and highly supportive surgery mentorship both within our OR and outside institutions at our own cost.

Requirements
Education (required):
Must have completed a rotating or emergency internship with strong interest in emergency medicine and intensive care. We also support candidates with strong interest in surgery.
DVM or equivalent
License/Certification (required):
NY License to practice Veterinary Medicine
